3. 7545 Square feet: two 1450 SQFT offices (9 ft high and 10 ft high) PLUS 4645 SQFT of warehouse (26 ft high)
4. Take the entire warehouse space and landlord look for place to store his stuff else where. It will be 2900 SQFT office and 6784 SQFT warehouse.
5. Landlord is local and flexible, unless tenant want the entire warehouse + the 2 offices, landlord need to retain at minimum about 700 square feet of warehouse space to store its own stuff.
Landlord is fluent in English and Chinese.
