Gass sale ; 30-35 K gallons during winter season, 35-40 K during summer months. currently hours of operation ( 8:30 am till 8-9 pm)
Inside sale: 20-25 K ( non-auto related sales only). Auto parts + engine oil is separate. It can be increased with increased hours of operation.
New rent for the Whole building - $4600 ( we will pay the property taxes and insurance). Renter just pay the area Maintenece and renter insurance).
- 2800 for the work shop alone
- in both cases, we are asking for 15k deposit for the workshop equipment ( this is expensive equipment lifters, tire machine etc)- renter is responsible for the safe use of equipment
The 2 lifters, 10 K lifting capacity. tire changing station, AC service machine and other equipment. This is a running business, 1 mechanic is working commission based. We have to close it at 3 pm.
The Building is in very good condition as you can see in the pictures and we are not foreseeing any problems. We are pricing it to rent, and will not have much room for negotiation.
