This is only one of nine filling and distribution locations in the U.S. The single tenant industrial asset is comprised of two buildings totaling 14,410 square feet (including 3,500 square feet of mezzanine), one 6,500 square feet and the other containing 4,410 square feet. One building is for canister refurbishment while the other is for filling and palletizing canisters.
