Icade and Altarea Cogedim launched the construction project of 24,000 square meters located at 160-170 Avenue Jean Jaurès at the end of 2011. Architect: AFAA. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2013. The project managers and engineering firms involved are Iliade for Ambre and Arcoba for Opale. The building will be located at the foot of the Place Jean Jaurès metro station, offering excellent accessibility via the metro's Line B. The Post Office Checks division, a subsidiary of La Poste Group, will occupy the Opale building, the southernmost structure. The company was previously located on Boulevard Yves Farge in Gerland.
