Scott is in his fifteenth year of leasing office and corporate headquarter space. He has been focused on representation of Landlords in the major suburban markets of San Diego. Scott is responsible for tenant tours, lease negotiations, and all aspects of leasing office and corporate headquarter space. He has excellent knowledge of multiple submarkets in San Diego County. Both new and existing clients value Scott’s tenacity, negotiating skills, market knowledge, and service oriented approach.
Since joining CBRE in 1999, Scott has been involved in over 1,000 lease and sale transactions totaling over 8 million square feet and over $1 billion dollars in total consideration.
