Combined, the two centers encompass 327,825 square feet and feature a dynamic line up of national, creditworthy retailers, including Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, Petco; and in Harvest Junction South and Best Buy, Dick' s Sporting Goods, Staples and Ulta in Harvest Junction North. The shopping centers were built in 2006 and are part of a growing and affluent trade area. Over 30% of the trade area households have an average income that exceeds $100,000 and the three mile population is expected to grow approximately 4% over the next five years. In addition to Harvest Junction North and South, the Company owns 14 acres of vacant land adjacent to the shopping centers.
Harvest Junction North and South are located on either side of Ken Pratt Boulevard at Main Street (287) in Longmont (metropolitan Boulder), Colorado.
