This property has been owned and managed by our family since 1991. We originally owned UC Market from 1985 until 1996 and within that time we opened up the coffee shop and purchased Hugo St. Launderette which we still own and operate since 1991. When we operated UC Market we closed for 6 months and remodeled the storefront and within one year after opening we were having sales that were seven times more than the previous owners. We know first hand that there is a lot of potential in this location for the right operator. As business and property owners it is essential for us to keep up the property in its prime condition.
