We are the office of Gale Melton Design, offering interior design, kitchen/bath remodel and decorating services to our clients. The shared office we are offering is in a masonry-reinforced brick building at the corner of 17th Street and Florida, in a vibrant neighborhood just west of Potrero Avenue.
Our space is open layout and shared, with a white curtain used as a separator for the offices. The available space is 400 square feet and is optimal for a starting business or small business owned by an entrepreneur. It would be perfect for an architect, engineer or a business that is in a related field to interior design as we are looking to collaborate. Of course, a related occupational field is not a stern requirement for our applicants, and we are open to all business' as long as we can work well together to keep the space clean, relatively quiet, friendly and creative.
We require that business' that choose to apply have no more than 1-2 employees that come in to the office regularly. Thus if you maintain most of your labor/workforce virtually, this space would be good for you. Upon request, we are willing to make our meeting area available for client meetings or formal, small, irregular conferences. The office rental includes 1-1/2 storage cupboards with work table surfaces (please see the work space table and storage units shown in the pictures), utilities, a bathroom, a kitchen with a sink and refrigerator, and basic Wifi.
The space is available starting February 15th and we are hosting an open house this Sunday February 4th from 11 am to 3 pm. So please come by for some snacks and have a look!
