This office space is on the ground floor of a 2-story building, located in the Mission District. The space you'd be renting is about 400 square feet, and includes a private restroom, as well as access to a shared kitchen (which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes/silverware, and other amenities), conference rooms, and a back patio. If desired, the space can come furnished with 4 large desks and chairs. You would be sharing the space with a Design-Build firm, who uses the upstairs office space. We are a 15-member team made up of designers, project managers, and builders, all with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. The back of the building has our in-house shop, as well as a CNC Fabrication machine. Although we have 14 team members, there will typically only be 7-9 of us in the office, as many of our team members work in the shop or off-site, which will help eliminate noise and office traffic. We're a group that strives to create a happy and amicable work environment. We love to throw office BBQ's on the back patio, host holiday parties, and love getting to know our tenants. We'd love to bring in tenants that feel the same!
