Property Overview
Stevenson Place is a 24 story, 338 foot Class A office building that is just 1 block south of Market Street, in a quiet alley called Stevenson Street, between 1st and 2nd Streets. Construction of the building began in 1985 and was completed in 1987. In 2018, the building achieved LEED Gold Status by the US Green Energy Council.
