The dedicated desk rental rate is $425 a month and includes membership benefits:

- One hour free meeting suite use per month ($50 value)
- 20% off all additional bookings in meeting and event suites
- Guests are $10/Hr $30/Day and fee includes their coffee/tea/water service and use of any of the lounge seating and work stations.
- Dedicated desks include a lockable pedestal file. You can bring your own monitor.

- Workmix offers a variety of work areas in the open floor plan. High top gathering/community table, lounge chairs, living room setting.
- Members are invited to Workmix events such as artist exhibits, seminars, networking mixers.
