Concrete floor, mezzanine offices, and dimensions of the space is 150x200'. Two rows of columns at 25x50'. This area was originally constructed in 1984. This space is available Sept. 2027. There is 800 amps on this section. Hi-bay fluorescent and LED lighting in the warehouse. Office has AC. Building has a wet sprinkler system and fire pond.
