72 E Congress Street was originally constructed in 1897 and is a landmark building in Downtown Tucson. We are investing $3+ million to breathe new life into this historic property, and we are seeking a creative restauranteur who can share our vision for this iconic project. The original floor-to-ceiling windows will be restored; the red-brick and lava-rock walls will be exposed; the generous ceiling height will be maintained/highlighted…and all the building’s infrastructure will be completely modernized.
The building is ideally positioned in the heart of Downtown Tucson, at the bustling intersection of Congress Street and Scott Avenue. Parking is abundant, with the Pennington Street Garage located less than a block away.
