This office building located in the 8th district of Lyon is part of the innovative WYW – Work Your Way project, a new way of designing workspaces by combining comfort, nature, and environmental performance. The facades made of wood-straw, local, bio-sourced materials with a negative carbon footprint, fully illustrate this low-carbon ambition. This project is based on an expert team bringing together the UNSIXCENTDIXHUIT agency for architecture, La Mediosphère for fluid engineering and low-carbon specifications, Pure Ingénierie for structure, Altereco for construction economics, and Le Perchoir Paysage for outdoor landscaping. WYW thus offers a new generation of Lyon offices, combining innovation, sustainability, and quality of use, in a work environment designed for comfort and adaptation to today's and tomorrow's climate challenges.
